How does a 9-year-old wrap presents? Perfectly.

Celeste, my 9-year-old daughter, is helping me wrap Christmas presents. She naturally wraps like a kid, meaning the paper is ripped, wrinkled, uneven, and taped like a mummy.

“I’m sorry,” she kept saying with a shurg. “I’m only a kid.”

“No,” I told her. “You’re not only a kid. You are a kid, and you wrap perfectly.”
